I was digging through a drawer in my night stand recently, looking for something, and I found a stack of these homemade coupons I’ve gotten from my kids through the years. They always know what I like (or dream of doing) by how they choose what the coupons are for. I get the “Go see a geeky movie” or “Buy some comic books” or “We will do the Dishes” ones. All of which 1) either I’m spending my own money to “redeem” said coupon OR I’m having to follow along behind them and RE-DO the dishes. Thus, they have never been redeemed. So, this strip (and next weeks continuation) are kind of a fantasy “what if” situation. I hope it works out better for Mark. I guy can dream, right?

Gee, Mark can take ALL Those ties and Make a Suit!
Wow! This comic is great! I just read it straight through, start to finish, and I can’t wait for more. I bet my brother feels “outnumbered” sometimes — he has four sisters, counting me, and two stepsisters.
Thanks, and I’m glad you found me!
Love the misspelling! Nice touch
Charles Schulz would be approve of these backgrounds! I tend to over-detail a scene and lose focus on what should be emphasized and what should be implied.
Bah…”would be approve”—”WOULD APPROVE”
