I do this all the time. My wife has said, “I wonder if the “other me” is frustrated for “other” reasons.”
I do this too, mostly with grocery stores — though I’ve usually ended up taking the parking spot that’s farther away on the grounds that the “other me” will be just pulling into somewhere decent by the time I reach the store entrance.
I miss The Walking Dead too. My hope is that World War Z is not a disappointment this summer, so as to tide me over until the new season starts.
